Our proposals make it clear what the total billable hours will be and the fixed rates for each. This nearly prevents extra charges. However,
to stay within proposed pricing we ask clients to follow the procedures for requesting and approving content. Not following the agreed-upon
procedures may create charges not factored into the proposal. But that's rare.
Over 90% of Proveyance projects stay within proposed pricing. We believe our pricing structure is competitive and fair, especially considering
that we always go the extra mile for our clients!
